Quick exhaust valves are used to quickly exhaust compressed air cylinders in order to increase the cylinder speed by immediately releasing the compressed air. Connection diagram:

A: Connection to the compressed air inlet of the cylinder

P: Compressed air supply from the control valve

R: ventilation opening and e.g. connection for a silencer

Functionality: The compressed air flows from the control valve via valve inlet P and port A into the Compressed air cylinder. After switching the control valve to venting / relaxation, the quick exhaust valve diverts the compressed air directly via output R. Recommendations

In order to reduce the development of noise when venting, we recommend using a silencer sufficient flow volume

The valves should only be used on cylinders with sufficient damping
