Integrated GEYSER-TRON automatic energy management system

The exclusive Geyser-TRON system automatically controls the power of the boiler accordingly
the actual steam consumption of the system, thus avoiding wasting energy.
In a Geyser steam generator, the total installed power is supplied by several
Heating elements provided.
The Geyser-TRON electronic system detects how much vapor the system
actually required and switches on exactly the number of heating elements required for this
steam output is required.
If the steam consumption increases, it switches on one or more additional heating elements
to; If the consumption drops, it switches the elements off again.

INCOLOY HEATING ELEMENTS

TREVIL uses high quality Incoloy elements that provide excellent durability against heat and stress corrosion.
Incoloy elements also reduce the need for boiler cleaning,
as they are naturally free of limescale deposits compared to other materials
stay.

ELCTRONIC WATER LEVEL CONTROL

The water level in the boiler is electronically controlled and refilled by an electric pump.
Check valves prevent water from flowing back into the supply line and from flooding of the boiler during its inactivity.
The level control circuit is designed in such a way that galvanic corrosion is avoided
become.
The level control circuit has built-in protections against generator failures,
e.g. B. dry running and overpressure.
There is no ball float system and therefore no mechanical parts to fail.
